"I had dinner at this perfect restaurant 4 times while visiting Florence. The chef/owner, Salvatore, brings passion, talent, and skill to each dish. I enjoyed the carbonara, the gnocchi, spinach&egg soup, artichoke salad, caprese, mushroom and asparagus risotto, and (my Favorite) ragu with sea bass and pasta. The tiramisu, panna cotta and chocolate lava cake are wonderful desserts to finish with. Also, save room for the homemade limoncello. But be careful, you will definitely want more than one shot. Luis, the bartender, shares his love of the menu in such a delightful and expressive way it makes you enjoy the food all the more. Please put this perfect spot on your list of must visit places while in Florence."

"My wife and I found this small, boutique restaurant and were treated to what turned out to be our favorite dining experience in Florence. It was because of the exquisit food Salvatore offered, all handmade and beautifully presented. A tiny window gave us a view of how serious and diligent was his craft. Stefano served us with care and humor and we felt as if we made friends, Salvatore coming out to greet us share a bit of his story."

We found this restaurant randomly and were extremely impressed from start to finish. The homemade pasta is simply delicious ,you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. Service was outstanding, with our waiter being extremely attentive and welcoming. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, which made the experience even more special. "We went to this restaurant last night near our hotel because of the great Google reviews with my family and wow did it live up to the hype. The gentlemen greeted us warmly when we arrived and prepared a table for our family of 5. He went through his menu fully to make sure we got what we wanted. The fresh mozzarella was amazing! The bread and olive oil was fantastic. We got a variety of steak, caprese, cabonera, oysters and more. Everything we had was either good or great but the attention and love by the chef and owner (our server) were everything a family could want! I highly recommend!"
